Re: [lojban] The efficacy of Lojban's grammar.
Hopefully, you all mean "parses with the intended interpretation. It's easy (when in practice) to write licit Lojban sentences; it is less easy to get ones that say what you want.

I'm with you on this, but I do suspect we are in a minority.
Of course I don't have the full official formal grammar internalized
(well, we don't even have a full official formal grammar yet, but you
know what I mean) with all the silly bells and whistles, but I'm
pretty sure that I parse the important core parts as intended in the
formal grammar, at least that's how it feels like to me.
Hopefully one day we will remove the most egregious silly parts from
the official formal grammar, but probably not very soon.
