Russian does permit adjective after noun, and there are lot of real
toponyms of this form (to name a few: Novgorod-Severskij,
Gus-Khrustalnyj). But such names are usually written with hyphen (I
cannot remember any non-hyphenated name of that form, although they
probably exist), and they are definitely *diffirent* names. Order
matters.
