This is the algorithm:
Vowel V in the code becomes (')V in the fu'ivla.
Consonant C in the code becomes Cu in the fu'ivla.
The non-lojban consonants h, q, y, w become xe, ke, je, ve
prefix the result with "bang-" for vowels, "ban-" for consonants
except "baur-" for "n" and "g".
So code "pol" -> "ban" + "pu 'o lu" -> banpu'olu
mu'o mi'e xorxes
