Yes, for me "ji'i" is in the same class with "za'u", "me'i", "su'o"
and "su'e". I don't think of "ji'i" as being in a world of its own.
When it comes to choosing between being consistent with the rest of
the language, or being consistent with some random offcial rule, I
tend to lean towards the former.

I never remember whether "PA bi'i PA" is supposed to be an interval,
some value in that interval, or either. If you use "bi'i" you should
probably move the "su'e too: "(re) bi'i (su'e ci)".
