Yes, it should have the same sumti place as nupre

lu ko'a pacnu'e ko'e ko'i li'u
du
lu ko'a nupre lo nu palci kei ko'e li'u

I think it's unfortunate that nupre means both "promise" and "threaten".

I'll correct it.
