Do you mean timos's totally unfinished mockup?  :)  That doesn't
have an actual game in it yet?  Or my mud-based version, which was
even worse?

Assuming you're responding to Alan, I doubt that very much; I don't
think he works like that.  I think he was asking for suggestions on
how to make things better.
