Yes, that is correct. I'm actually very engaged by the idea, and
working with it has been a very interesting learning experience for
me.
The idea has come up at least twice now, from two separate people who
probably were not aware that the other person also had the idea.
As Lindar said of his suggestion, it never went anywhere. I was
specifically playing "Investigate"[1] because I'd like to understand
why it never went anywhere.
