Well, we're talking about less than 12 people, so it tends to be
pretty loose. Generally we just get together in a room and do
whatever we feel like. :)
I'd like to have may be a *bit* more structure.

You seem to know more about this than I do. Perhaps *you* should
organize it. :)
FWIW, the reason I was talking about the SF Bay Area is that we have
4 of us in easy proximity. Given the number of people we're talking
about, that's pretty overwhelmingly compelling; I'm aware of no
other part of the world with that many.
