What's not to get. It's basically a starting ruleset that says "let this game be divided up into smaller, shorter games called 'rounds' with round specific rules which expire at the end of the 'round'"
If anyone stops making new rules for a full week then they are "out". Last person standing "wins" the round and a new round begins
