  Yeah, I've always been partial to the Afrikaans lullaby, Siembamba, myself...  While not the same tune, it's lyrics translate as:

la simbambas no'u lo cifnu po'e la mamta zo'u 

ko jai selto'i lo cnebo be sy.

gi'e darxi sy. fo lo stedu

.i renro sy lo nenri be lo fenra se ri'a

lo nu sy. mrobi'o.

  I think parents just need to let off steam in a harmless way (singing about throttling a kid in gentle tones), rather than, God Forbid, beating/shaking them, or even screaming at them, when they've been staying up with a screaming baby for 8 weeks straight...
