By "proper preposition" I mean a preposition that can't also be used as a 
tense marker, i.e. a member of BAI. Tense markers, of which there are several 
selma'o, can be used as prepositions, but cannot be converted with SE as BAI 
can. Both kinds of prepositions can combine with BO to get a phrase that can 
combine with a preceding conjunction or I.
