tolcliva is a poor generic word for "arrive".

Agreed on all points; lindar disagrees.

I disagree, as a matter of philosophy, that time has a dimension;
this disagreement has nothing to do with Lojban as I've had it in
English many times; we passed on it because of that fact (that it's
not about Lojban).
