Most cmavo carry semantic content. The grammatical structure classes (selma'o) are something like a hundred, but some selma'o (UI, BAI, PA, ...) have a lot of differnet cmavo with semantic content.

Nah, it's mostly bells and whistles. The core syntax can do with even fewer selma'o.
