I'd rather not COI, since then we'd need a {do'u} way too often. Unless we want to enable picking up a particular text from before, but that seems unnecessary.

I cannot think of a use case for it not occurring immediately after {fa'ai}, and it's complicated enough as it is, so I'd say yes, unless someone has a good case for why not (and what it would mean somewhere else).
