Nonsense, but forget about "ra'o" if you want. The two texts ".i mi
gleki", ".i mi gleki" have a different meaning than the concatenated
text ".i mi gleki .i mi gleki".

But that has never been the default! Read your lessons, you don't need
to read any "modern" inventions. The default is that a new speaker
starts a new text.

Of course not, because it has never been the case that all speakers
speak one single text as default.

I hope you see now why SEI or COI, or any other selma'o, won't work.
The (formal grammar) parser cannot choose which text to parse. The
selection of the text has to be made by a pre-parser.
