I should like to point out that I am not just the translator of this
story, but the author. It was one of many bedtime stories I've told
my children. It has a sequel, "Terry the Tiger and the 'Big-Boy'
Bed". Another favorite of my kids (coincidentally also peripherally
involving a tiger) was "Baruch and Ginger the Cat". Perhaps someday
I shall get around to putting these up on the web. I am not the
author, but only the translator, of "The Berenstain Bears and the
Prize Pumpkin" and "Not a Box", both of which are on the tiki as well.
