tolcuvbi'o is more metaphorical, but I was trying to avoid using palci 
to define palci. 

The difference between {gunka fi le nu lo'e remna cu tolcurve} and
{gunka fi le nu lo'e remna cu tolcuvbi'o} would be that the first is
"work to keep them corrupt" and the second is "work to make them corrupt".
