Yes, please please please.

I see there is a similar inconsistency where "duplicate" translations
are merged. I just came across this while looking at advanced.html,
which has "The / Diagrammed Summary'' / of Lojban Grammar" and "The /
jbovlaste dictionary inferface, / a way to browse and enter lojban word
definitions".

Since both bullet points start with "The", they were merged. At least,
that's what I assume happened; at any rate, there's only one
translation string for "The". This is bad for languages with more than
one definite article -- for example, in Germany, "The diagrammed
summary" becomes something like "*Die* Zusammenfassung mit Diagrammen"
while "The dictionary interface" becomes "*Das* Wörterbuch-Interface".
The two incidences of "The" have to be translated differently.

It would be very good if whole sentences were available to be
translated, including HTML tags if necessary. That makes it less likely
to have duplicates wrongly merged and makes it easier for translators
to re-arrange sentence word order.
