I think the place structure should be the one inherited from "rupnu":

  x1 is measured in the currency with the ISO-4217 code SHP (pounds,
in Saint Helena) as x2 (quantity).

So you would use it just like rupnu;

   ti ru'ursuxepu li 150
   This costs 150 SHP.
