Re: [lojban] bug in le cmalu noltru?



I guess I need to read more.  I keep seeing things that I didn't know could be done with the language.  For instance.  What kind of black magic is going on here?

{mi ki'u bilga lo nu cuxna lo drata jibri}

I thought that BAI take a sumti so right off the bat it looks funny that we have {ki'u broda} and then because it looks like {ki'u} sucked up {bilga} it looks like this bridi is missing a selbri, but somehow (as jboski shows me below) {bilga} somehow gets used by {ki'u} AND used as the main selbri.  What is going on here?

... wait... did you hear that?  That was the sound of my brain exploding.  Let's see.  Even used in normal vanilla situations {jai} confuses me so {fi'o jai do'e co'e}  I get the feeling like there's been a bunch of stuff elided here.

On the whole I gather that not much was said specifically =p
