That comes out as:

"x1 knows that (something) is a method for x2 to be brought about"

Yes. "x1 knows how (that something is a method) to do x2"

I suppose I should amend my suggestion to juntadjigau....

Generally speaking, a deep structure of {djuno lo du'u tadji lo nu se gasnu} would yield something more like {gaurtadjyju'o}.
