I suppose I should amend my suggestion to juntadjigau....
Generally speaking, a deep structure of {djuno lo du'u tadji lo nu se gasnu} would yield something more like {gaurtadjyju'o}.
I'm doing it backwards again, aren't I? I have this really nasty habit of putting the words together in the exact wrong order when I'm making lujvo. I'm guessing this is malglico thinking on my part.
In such a case, I'm going with the original gau(r)ju'o, because I like short words and I think it's safe to leave {tadji} out of the lujvo.
