I was thinking like July or August.  Much nicer around here then,
IMO.

Oh, a more general question: would people prefer we avoid the
holiday weekends?  On the one hand, more time; on the other hand,
more other obligations.

I'd still really like to hear from more people on whether they want
it to be with a convention.

The latter.  I know nothing about unconferences.

That's actually in Pleasanton, which is annoyingly far from here.

As I said, I've done just fine with a large hotel suite, but perhaps
we should also poke at the various geek houses around here.
