There's the dormant jboske@yahoogroups.com, which would be appropriate if this next generation language comes under the umbrella of the Loglan project, and the dormant engelang@yahoogroups.com, for engelang discussion in general. (Both lists are old, still functional, and owned by me.) There's so much overlap between folk interested in engelangs and folk interested in loglangs, that there wouldn't seem to be much point in starting a new loglang list.

That is Conlang List, the forum for discussion of all sorts of invented language (except for the sociopolitical aspect of international auxiliary languages).
Yes. which actually poses no interest for me if you wanna create naturalistic only lang.
And there is nice conlangery.com podcast.
Lojban can be naturalistic too... but without any external help.
But I'm sure that Ithkuil can be discussed here too. There are not so many places where researchers can play with semantics and be creators at the same time. We must compare ithkuil's solutions with realisations in Lojban all the time, though. But non-artlangs and non-loglangs isn't worth discussing in most cases.
