Figuring out what exactly it means in English is the first step. I don't know what exactly it means at its core, otherwise finding a lojban equivalent would be easy.

Two more examples:

(5) Lojban as a foreign language.

(6) "Express" as a noun also exists, but has a different meaning.

Here, the "role" character of this construction comes out quite clearly in my opinion, so maybe this is the right direction...

Something like a BAI like "... with role" / "... in role" / "in it's role as".

Which means that all that's needed is the right brivla and we're done.
