I am limiting the number of questions for the following chapters (I can limit them down to zero if you want).

I still have several notes to post, but at least It's been a couple of weeks since I paused my reading (due to work), so I can spread them.

In any case, it is being a privilege to learn the thoughts behind the language from the author himself. Also, I must say that the reading has been quite delightful! As I've said, I had never actually read the original, and didn't know the details. The beheadings came as some of a shock!

By the way, should I continue this thread privately? I have no idea...
