I was not arguing against American English but pointing out that
{blog} is a justifiable lojbanization of the English word "blog".

According to Wiktionary etc., "blog" is pronounced/translated as:
åå | bÃkÃ, éèæ | bÃluÃgÃ, åè | bÃluà (Chinese)
ààààà | blog (Hindi)
blog (Portuguese)
blog (Hausa)
Farsi, where the rounded [o] and [É] are valid phonemes, adopted the
unrounded American pronunciation: ØÙØÚ | blÄg .

It does to me too. In fact, I would very much prefer {prekarni} to {me
la blog} or {blo'ogo}.
