I agree. I suggest using "ra'unai"/"ra'u" for case 2.
"ra'u" can be complemented with "bi'unai" to indicate that I'm not
really telling you anything you didn't already know, as in "remember",
"don't forget":
A: lo mo verjabre cu traji lo ka nurgau
B: ra'unai go'i .i ra'u bi'unai ko dasni lo sedgai
mu'o mi'e xorxes
