Well, probably very little. (Except nobody really knows for sure what
a tanru is supposed to mean.)

But the "poi" clause is more flexible: "lo poi broda ko'a gi'e brode
ko'e" for example, with no "be".

Or "lo poi mi djuno lo du'u ke'a mokau". Try doing that with a tanru.
