Did you mean "jo'u"? I don't think it's about "jo'e", a union of sets.
In the book Nietzsche denies that there is a universal morality that distinguishes "good" and "evil", critiquing previous philosophers who were seeing these as two distinct categories of behaviour. The title addresses these two items which Nietzsche sees as false and as forming a false dichotomy (and what he is arguing for is to be found as "bancu"s x1). In order for him to address the problem, he would need two "lo".
"vrude" and "palci"s x1s can be qualities, so "kamvrude" and "kampalci" or "lo nu ..." seem unnecessary. I like xorxes' "bancu lo vrude jo'u lo palci".
