It can be answered - not merely replied to, but answered - with the
following five options, or variations on them: "na go'i" (no), "go'i"
(yes - unhelpful, but an answer), "go'i lo kruji" (yes, and
specifically I would like cream - and, by Gricean implicature,
presumably not sugar), "go'i lo sakta" (ditto, but the other way
around), or "go'i lo kruji .e lo sakta" (yes, I want both). All of
these explicitly answer the logical or question, and all but one of
the four ways to say yes further provide the additional information
that the questioner actually wants.

Not the only answer to your question, but an answer.
