If by "text" you mean "the chunk of input you feed to the parser to
check for grammaticality", then yes, normally an utterance from a new
speaker is a new "text" (there may be rare exceptions).
If by "text" you mean something else. I don't know, it depends what
you mean by it.
What do you mean by "text"?
