I think tatpi is not necessarily the result of "strenuous" activity,
it's the result of something that exhausts or drains your energy,
whatever kind of energy. Strenuous activity can be one cause but doing
nothing can also drain your energy (as in this case for Alice). The
gi'uste does include "situation" as a possible cause of tatpi, not
just activity.
