"tatpi" never means "x1 is out of x2", no. You can be tired of
(eating) crisps, but that's not at all the same as being out of
crisps. When you are tired of eating crisps, it's because you have
exhausted your crave for them (whether your crave for crisps is a
finite resource or not, I will leave for you to answer).
