  I don't think you are saying what you think you are trying to say
(although what you said is grammatical).  "jei" is an abstractor, like
ka.  It takes a bridi and makes it into a selbri, who meaning is "..is
the truth value of [bridi]", just like ka is "...is the property of
[bridiness]-ness"
