Hmm... I still think that a se ckaji should be a pure-ka.

Anyway, "we can ask" may have many meanings:

1. "There is an answer". In this case, in a se ckaji ka-makau, the
{makau} could well be replaced by {da} or {zo'e}.

2. "The question makes sense"/"There is an answer in some possible world"/
"This is not the kind of question that would be answered with {na'i}".
Though that is an interesting thing to express, the translation would not
be my first guess...

Just to check, how would you translate
  {ko'a ckaji lo ka makau stuzi ce'u},
and how would you answer
  {mu'a ma .enai ma ckaji lo ka makau stuzi ce'u}?
